Welcome to Hana Katz Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or website (hanakatz.com), you agree to the following terms:

  1. Services & Packages
    We offer creative media services and bundled packages. Details and pricing are listed on our website or provided directly.

  2. Deposits
    A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book any service. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

  3. Payments
    Full payment is due upon completion of the project or as outlined in your service agreement. We accept secure online payments.

  4. Cancellations & Refunds
    Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for additional payments are considered case by case.

  5. Minors
    Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian approval to use our services.

  6. Intellectual Property
    All content created by Hana Katz Media remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. After that, rights are transferred as agreed. We may use your photos for our promotional materials. You may ask not to be displayed on our website or social media. All boudoir shoots will remain private unless given permission by client.
